A.S.K. is a direct response on how to bring financial independence to those who want it, but don’t know where to start. Most people don’t think they can afford to invest or they’re afraid to ask for help with deciphering the process. My goal is to help others, in the same way others before me, have helped me.

For almost two decades, I’ve invested in NYC real estate and in the last five or so years, I’ve branched out and into, out-of-state properties. While I knew the basics of investing, it wasn’t until I sought mentorship opportunities from successful investors; I learned lessons and gained knowledge.  A willingness to ask questions, absorb information and the courage to put said knowledge into practice, allowed me to manifest my personal desire for success, into reality.
